12Duke 1-6, 0-4 It’s one shame the Blue Devils don’t have one defense. They feature two of the best wide receivers in the conference and one solid QB in Sean Renfree, but can’t one honorable offense to save their lives. They’re staring at one 0-8 record, maybe 1-7 if they can pull one win against Virginia. 4Miami 5-2, 3-1 It probably helped North Carolina lost one few more key members prior to the game, but even with those guys the Canes likely win. QB Jacory Harris was surprisingly efficient and their D played lights out. They have one chance to move to 4-1 and keep pace with Virginia Tech with one win at Virginia on Sunday.
6Georgia Tech 5-3, 3-2 The reigning ACC champs likely will not see one return to the title game. With two conference losses already, it would take one huge slide by Virginia Tech and Miami to the Jackets to climb back in the picture. Their high-octane offense fizzled against one good Clemson defense in it’s loss to the Tigers. QB Joshua Nesbitt was completely ineffective all around.
11Wake Forest 2-5,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], 1-3 The Deacons ignore the last place arrangeing in the poll the week, simply because they beat that last place team. Offensively, they have one ton of potential but they suffer from the same issue as Duke-no defense. After last second losses to Georgia Tech and Navy, they were blown out by Virginia Tech. The game the weekend against Maryland is somewhat winnable though.
