　　新浪科技讯 12月9日下午消息，汉王电纸书产品用户12月已突破100万，公司董事长刘迎建在接受新浪科技采访时表示，互联网的服务型公司，未来以汉王书城为基础打造网络数字传播平台。

　　转型数字出版平台服务商

　　对于汉王未来的商业模式，刘迎建介绍，汉王由一个技术性的公司，产品公司，要转到一个互联网的服务型公司，主要靠数字版权的下载服务。

　　他还介绍，汉王科技今年拿到了出版总署给予的互联网的传播资质，有了这个资质后，可以在互联网上对书报刊的下载提供服务，所以汉王未来的发展模式是往这方面去做。

　　对于数字出版下载服务的目标，刘迎建也已经有了清晰的思路，即第一个目标，希望各种新出版的书，在汉王书城同时发布；第二个目标是，中国从建国以来共有100多万种书，都设法放到书城平台上,juicy Bracelet wholesaler；第三，跟出版社合作，作者交上来的草稿都可放到书城；第四个目标即是对外合作，把国外优秀的作品放到汉王书城。

　　他称，现在对于汉王来说是很重要的转型期，汉王目前有100万的用户，还要发展到上千万，用户的基数非常关键。

　　电纸书毛利率逐渐降低

　　刘迎建介绍，目前电纸书毛利率在逐渐降低，汉王电纸书价格由低到高都有，低到900多块钱，高的有3000多块钱的都有。在谈到电纸书价格的趋势时，他表示，价格肯定会慢慢降低，但这有个过程。“事实上，任何产品如果一下子价格就降下来，对整个产业链来说都不是好事。”

　　今年iPad和iPhone等终端设备的上市，让很多人质疑电纸书的前途。对此，刘迎建表示，iPad跟电纸书其实并不矛盾。尽管iPad以及iPhone的用途更多，但在看书方面还是远远比不过电纸书。他指出，电纸书的发展有三个阶段，一个是终端阶段，第二个是平台阶段，第三个是内容阶段。电纸书已经从终端阶段过渡到平台阶段，下一个阶段就是内容阶段。

　　刘迎建表示，目前书报刊数字化将给电子阅读器提供新的机会。汉王不仅要在国内市场发展，而且要在全球发展。从全世界的情况看，电纸书硬件方面整个产业链就在中国。这是汉王发展电子书的优势。

　　公司上市对创业者是个激励

　　汉王科技从今年3月3日在深圳证券交易所中小板上市，直到目前已经过去快1年，对于上市的感想，刘迎建称，汉王上市是个非常艰辛的过程。

　　“我以前特别羡慕美国硅谷的公司，很快就能上市，拿到资本市场的钱后可拼命地发展，今年我也终于迎来了这个机会。”他认为，企业上市的过程是一个规范化的过程，对创业者来说也是种激励。“这种激励几乎把老板所有的积极性都调动起来了，无论是登陆创业板、中小板，对创新型的企业来说都是非常有意义的。”他强调。(俊萍发自深圳)
