Zachary was born to John to a surrogate mother on Christmas Day last year and the very first person who raised voice on the welfare of the baby is Michael Nazir-Ali, the former Bishop of Rochester. Ingrid and Sandy share a great deal of mutual interest with Elton and they were the only two whom with couple shared their surrogate pregnancy details.
