Irregular work-hour mechanism can be adopted <br />for employees engaging in software design, technical R&D, senior management <br />and other jobs whose work cannot be measured by standard working time due <br />to production features or employees who need flexible working time in qualified <br />technically advanced outsourcing companies with standard employment management <br />in the regions outside the 21 outsourcing model cities with the approval of local <br />human resources and social security authorities. Moreover,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/offshore-outsourcing/pharmaceutical-outsourcing/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Pharmaceutical Outsourcing</a>, combined workhour <br />system can be applied to those employees who,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/business-process-outsourcing/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Business process outsourcing company</a>, due to particularity of their <br />work,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/offshore-outsourcing/mobile-solution/" target="_blank" class="postlink">mobile development outsourcing</a>, need to work continuously in a certain period of time. The Ministry will <br />also enhance management and service for the implementation of special workhour <br />system in outsourcing companies,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/business-process-outsourcing/localization-software/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Software Localization</a>, further simplify examination and approval <br />procedures to raise the efficiency and provide convenient and top-quality services <br />to companies.
