| According to DHC’s developing plan for the next 3 years,Java development outsourcing, domestic markets will be strengthened, with its revenue and the market rank both increased. Domestic market will be the most important market except Japanese market, to enhance our strength.
To implement the above-mentioned developing plan, DHC adopts several measures. One of them is to set up strategic partnership with important customers domestically,Flash web development, to open the market and make it stable and increasing. As a top domestic IT blueprint supplier in operation maintenance and management, Beijing Shenzhou Taiyue Software Corp., Ltd (Shenzhou Taiyue), intends to set up strategic partnership with DHC by becoming a share-holder. Via negotiation with Shenzhou Taiyue and Microsoft,Sharepoint software development, Microsoft would like to transfer 8% out of its 11.4% stock-share of DHC to Shenzhou Taiyue, with still keeping 3.14% itself. By cooperation with Shenzhou Taiyue strategically,Software outsourcing companies, DHC will realize the technology and market coordination and share the customer resources, which is helpful for developing product and service market, and enhancing the market rank of domestic business. By now,PHP outsourcing, Shenzhou Taiyue has already signed the Stock-share Transfer Agreement with Microsoft. This transfer will be approved by DHC Shareholder Conference and China Ministry of Commerce. |
