| TEDA recently released its Plan for TEDA Service Outsourcing Base.
The Base is located in the northeast of TEDA's residential district. It's bordered by Donghai Road in the east, Fifth Avenue in the south, Beihai Road in the west and Seventh Avenue in the north. Currently,Quality Assurance Outsourcing, it accommodates the terminal of Jinbin Light Rail and a huge hub for public transport. It spans an area of 0.89 million square meters. It is divided into several sections catering to different needs,Data Entry outsourcing, accommodating enterprises,Flash development outsourcing, apartments, commercial facilities and flexible lands. The design by Rand of the US has been basically completed, and it will be used as basis for further work. The plan is intended to create a work-friendly and living-friendly environment, carefully mapping out the rational proportions of commercial,Data processing outsourcing, industrial and living facilities. Currently, the style, functional divisions,Outsourcing companies, sizes and road network of the base have been determined. Preparations for detailed planning are being made. |
